Webinars have been my full-time job for over 15 years. I've built programs from scratch, scaled them to 150+ events a year, and connected them to demand gen engines that actually move pipeline.
I've worked in-house at companies like Spiceworks Ziff Davis, IHS Markit, and Wiley, and consulted for clients including Cloudflare, Square, and Spiceworks. I currently hold a Marketing Program Specialist role at CivicPlus and serve as Virtual Event Director at AMA Austin. My degree is in Radio-Television-Film from UT Austin, which gave me a production mindset I've carried into every webinar program I've run.

Opinions, field-tested
Webinars are only as good as the strategy behind them.
Lead gen and demand gen are not the same motion. Confusing them is the number one reason webinar programs underperform.
Registration numbers are not pipeline signal. The board already knows this.
The best webinar content is a multitouch asset, not a one-day event. The event is source material. The real product is everything it generates after.
AI is a production accelerator. Human judgment is still the differentiator. When everyone produces 10x the content, point of view becomes the scarce resource.
Buyers are already researching in private, making decisions before they raise a hand, and asking AI instead of Google. The programs that win are the ones already visible where those conversations happen.
